Order Status

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Order Cancellation

For non-customized products:

All orders are eligible for cancellation until they have not been dispatched

For customized products:

You can cancel any order that has not yet been initiated for manufacturing process. The initiation time may vary for different products hence please check the order status before cancellation in the ‘Track Order’ page our website. In case your product is has not yet been initiated for manufacturing process you can cancel your order by sending a request to team@fitoori.com or call us at +91-7760646642.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email and an sms with relevant details. Please contact our helpdesk if you are unsure.

Delivery time

We ship-out all singular orders within 3 business days . The shipment is delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on location .Although in case of multiple or bulk orders , delivery will take longer depending on the number of items ordered. In such cases relevant details shall be provided on the check out page while ordering.

Delivery charges

A shipping and handling charge of Rs. 40 will be applied on the final amount of the bill.

Return Policy

For non-customized designs :

Products are eligible for return upto 10 days from the date of order delivery. Please login and initiate a return procedure through “my orders” option after logging in. You will receive a refund, to your account or you may alternately choose to receive a web store voucher for the same amount as the price of the ordered product. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded

For customized products:

Since we are selling personally customized products we do not accept return of products once shipped
